TechBar by Code in Pink was developed as a social enterprise supporting technology education. Its model combines computer and phone troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades with practical experience for young learners.
Participants build IT support skills while studying for relevant certificates. Career counseling, resume preparation, interview support, and referrals help connect that learning to employment. The original initiative focused on girls, including local foster youth.
